BRANDS
Fat Cat, Viper, and GLD Products.
The warranty period for these products is 90 days from the original date of purchase, and it covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, the Manufacturer will repair or replace the product, at its option. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper usage, negligence, misuse, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents. It also does not cover expendable items such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses, accessories, cosmetic parts, and other items that wear out due to normal usage. The warranty is void if the product is disassembled and reassembled, damaged, modified from its original state, or used for commercial or rental applications. This warranty is not transferable and does not provide liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The customer may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Killerspin Products
All products have a 30 day warranty against factory defective merchandise with the exception of tables, which have a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover misuse, or customer inflicted damage to a product. The warranty is void if the product is disassembled and reassembled, damaged, modified from its original state, or used for commercial or rental applications. This warranty is not transferable and does not provide liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The customer may have other rights which vary from state to state.
