This page should answer all your questions regarding shipping, delivery, and returns.
General Information
We offer free shipping on all our products. We ship exclusively to customers living in the Lower 48 of U.S.A.
After You Order
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure everything is the email is correct, and if not immediately contact support at support@gameroomhub.com
Please note it is important to make sure you have available space before purchasing, as it is not possible to return an item for not fitting.
Processing & Handling
We usually process orders within 2 - 4 days depending on what the product is. If you order a table, we will send you an email with the product's tracking number once its shipped.
Estimated delivery time can be seen on our product pages, however it is not exact and depending on the product, time of year, quantity, etc times may be longer than estimated.
Game Table & Furniture Shipping
Due to their size and weight, our large game tables and furniture are shipped via LTL, which means there will be a curbside delivery from a large truck that you will need to be present for. You will need to confirm a time for the delivery service to drop off the table, they will contact you to set that up. We offer a few options that allow you to have them deliver into your home for certain products only.
*Please be aware it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange the delivery with the freight company. Once the table arrives to the carrier facility, they will call the number you provided to schedule a time to deliver.
Immediately Upon Delivery
It is SUPER important to check out your product the very moment it arrives. Specifically you need to check for:
- Box Count: Make sure you have all the boxes and parts that come with your product. If something is missing we can fix it, but you MUST report it to the driver so it can be officially recorded IN WRITING.
- Damage: Things can be damaged in travel, and you deserve a new, fully functioning product, Check all the boxes for damage so it can be noted IN WRITING
If there is no note of damage or missing boxes, you cannot claim damage afterward.
We are not responsible for concealed damage due to not checking the box thoroughly.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer will be required to pay a 35% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exchanges & Refunds
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you are requesting a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gameroomhub.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Disclaimer
Once an order has shipped, we CANNOT modify it in anyway. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
Color Disclaimer
Sometimes colors on the computer look different than the actual colors of the product. We try out absolute best to prevent this, but it doesn't always work, so note we don't accept returns based on the color of our products.

For any policy omission or clarification, the unique manufacturer policy will apply without exception. As policies change over time, the customer (YOU) and the retailer (US) agree to defer to the manufacture's shipping and returns policy in these instances.
